Proclamation under the Traffic Amendment (Regulatory Powers and Offences) Act 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 (1) of the Traffic Amendment (Regulatory Powers and Offences) Act 1999 fix 1 December 1999 as the day on which section 9 of that Act commences.29 November 1999
