I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Traffic Amendment (Red Light Cameras) Act 2001 fix 1 December 2001 as the day on which that Act commences. 12 November 2001
