Proclamation under the Traffic Amendment (Notice of Demand) Act 2004

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Traffic Amendment (Notice of Demand) Act 2004 fix 3 December 2007 as the day on which that Act commences.19 November 2007
