Proclamation under the Terrorism (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2002

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Terrorism (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2002 fix 1 January 2003 as the day on which that Act commences.23 December 2002
