Proclamation under the Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Act 2008

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Act 2008 fix 24 September 2008 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.17 September 2008
