Proclamation under the Tasmanian International Velodrome Management Authority (Winding-up) Act 2006

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Tasmanian International Velodrome Management Authority (Winding-up) Act 2006 fix 31 March 2007 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 11 and 12 , commence.19 March 2007
