I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 4(2) of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020 fix 1 November 2021 as the establishment day for the purposes of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020 .21 June 2021
