Proclamation under the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 fix 1 March 2017 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.31 January 2017
