Proclamation under the Strata Titles Act 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Strata Titles Act 1998 fix –

(a) 5 June 1998 as the day on which that Act, except Part 9, commences; and (b) 31 July 1998 as the day on which Part 9 of that Act commences.
