Proclamation under the Sentencing Amendment Act 2002

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Sentencing Amendment Act 2002 fix 1 October 2002 as the day on which sections 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 9(b) , 10 and 11 of that Act commence.30 September 2002
