I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Security-sensitive Dangerous Substances Amendment Act 2008 fix 30 March 2009 as the day on which that Act commences.28 July 2008
