Proclamation under the Security-sensitive Dangerous Substances Act 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Security-sensitive Dangerous Substances Act 2005 fix 21 November 2005 as the day on which that Act commences.31 October 2005
