I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Search Warrants Act 1997 fix 1 June 1999 as the day on which that Act commences.3 May 1999
