Proclamation under the Roads and Jetties Act 1935

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935  –

(a) amend the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1980, No.156 by inserting the following in item 4 of Schedule 2 to that proclamation after the line relating to Edwardes Street:

Bollard Drive - north east side 1.51

(b) declare that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation) This proclamation amends an earlier proclamation declaring parts of the Bass Highway to be limited access roads by specifying an additional place of access to a limited access road.
