I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 7 of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 –
West Tamar | Those parts comprising: | |
(a) from the western boundary of Wellington Street, via Brisbane Street and York Street, to the western boundary of Margaret Street, Launceston; and | ||
(b) from the western boundary of Margaret Street, via West Tamar Road, Launceston, to the Launceston City boundary at Trevallyn (portion of which is shown as the shaded area, bounded by black lines, on Plan 11396 in the Central Plan Register, a copy of which is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 2 to this proclamation); and | 29.36 (47.25 kilometres) | |
(c) from West Tamar Road at the Launceston City boundary, at Trevallyn, to Inspection Head at Beauty Point, via Legana, Exeter and Beaconsfield |
