I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 7 of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 –
Bathurst/ Wellington Couplet | The specified portions of the following roads: | 2.18 (3.506 kilometres) |
(a) Bathurst Street, from its intersection with the Midland Highway to its intersection with Lower Charles Street (1.61 kms) | ||
(b) Lower Charles Street, from its intersection with Bathurst Street and Wellington Street to the southern abutment of the Charles Street Bridge (0.286 kms) | ||
(c) Wellington Street, from its intersection with Lower Charles Street to its intersection with the Midland Highway (1.61 kms) |
