I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Road Safety (Alcohol and Drugs) Amendment Act 2017 fix 3 December 2018 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.19 November 2018
