Proclamation under the Retirement Benefits (Parliamentary Superannuation Trustee Arrangements and Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2002

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Retirement Benefits (Parliamentary Superannuation Trustee Arrangements and Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2002 fix 1 January 2003 as the day on which sections 6 , 8 , 10 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 and 27 of that Act commence.16 December 2002
