I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Residential Tenancy Amendment Act 2005 fix 1 July 2009 as the day on which that Act commences.15 June 2009
