I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Amendment Act 2019 fix 1 February 2021 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 22 December 2020
