I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998 fix 27 December 2000 as the day on which section 6 of, and Schedule 2 to, that Act commence. 18 December 2000
