Proclamation under the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(3) of the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998 fix 31 December 2001 as the day on which Division 2 of Part 2 of, and Schedule 5 to, that Act commence.17 December 2001
