I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Rail Safety National Law (Tasmania) Act 2012 fix 20 January 2013 as the day on which that Act commences. 3 December 2012
