I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Rail Safety Act 2009 fix 24 November 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, except Part 23 , commence. 8 November 2010
