Proclamation under the Rail Safety Act 1997

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Rail Safety Act 1997 fix 20 October 1999 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 4 October 1999
