I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Racing Regulation Amendment (Governance Reform) Act 2008 fix 1 January 2009 as the day on which that Act commences. 22 December 2008
