Proclamation under the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Act 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Act 2016 , fix 31 March 2017 as the day on which Part 1 , other than sections 1 , 2 , 3 and 5 , Part 4 , other than sections 20 and 22 , and Parts 5 , 6 and 7 of that Act commence. 21 March 2017
