Proclamation under the Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2005 fix 1 December 2006 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, except Part 10 , commence. 20 November 2006
