Proclamation under the Primary Produce Safety Act 2011

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Primary Produce Safety Act 2011 fix 13 February 2014 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, except for the following provisions, commence:

(a) sections 31 , 87 , 89 , 90 , 91 , 92 , 93 , 94 and 95 ; (b) Schedules 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 and 8 .
