Proclamation under the Police Powers (Vehicle Interception) Act 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Police Powers (Vehicle Interception) Act 2000 fix 1 January 2001 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.18 December 2000
