Proclamation under the Police Powers (Controlled Operations) Act 2006

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Police Powers (Controlled Operations) Act 2006 fix 1 September 2009 as the day on which that Act commences. 10 August 2009
