I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Police Powers and Related Legislation (Evasion) Act 2017 fix 13 September 2017 as the day on which that Act commences. 5 September 2017
