I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Police Offences Amendment (Public Drunkenness) Act 2000 fix 27 March 2002 as the day on which that Act commences. 18 March 2002
