Proclamation under the Police Miscellaneous Amendments Act (No. 2) 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Police Miscellaneous Amendments Act (No. 2) 2009 fix 25 November 2009 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, except section 10 , commence.16 November 2009
