I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Poisons Amendment (Poppy Advisory and Control Board) Act 2008 fix 15 February 2009 as the day on which that Act commences.2 February 2009
