I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Amendment Act 2004 fix 18 June 2008 as the day on which that Act commences. 16 June 2008
