Proclamation under the Passenger Transport Services Act 2011

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Passenger Transport Services Act 2011 fix 1 July 2013 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, except sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 68 and 69 , commence.17 June 2013
