I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the On-Demand Passenger Transport Services Industry (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2020 fix 30 December 2020 as the day on which Part 1, Part 2, sections 5, 6, 14, 17-19, 23, 26, 27, 31, 33-35, 39, 40, 45-47, 52, 55, 58, 59, 61, 63 and 65-68 of that Act commence.22 December 2020
