Proclamation under the Occupational Licensing Act 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Occupational Licensing Act 2005 fix 15 December 2010 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a) sections 7(1A) and (1B) , 104(2) and (3) , 106(1) and 107 ; (b) Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 ; (c) Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 5 ; (d) Part 1 of Schedule 6 .
