I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Neighbourhood Disputes About Plants Act 2017 fix 1 December 2017 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.20 November 2017
