Proclamation under the Nature Conservation Act 2002

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and with the consent of the Minister administering the National Parks and Reserves Management Act 2002 , by this my proclamation made under the Nature Conservation Act 2002 pursuant to section 12(2)(c)(i) of the Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority Act 1987 declare –

(a) the reserved land specified in Schedule 1 to this proclamation to form part of the historic site under the Port Arthur Historic Site Management Authority Act 1987 ; and (b) that this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
