Proclamation under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and with the approval of each House of Parliament, by this my proclamation made under section 16(1) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 declare that –

(a) the area of Crown land declared to be a State reserve and known as Green Point Nature Reserve in Statutory Rules 1978, No. 120, excluding the area of land ceasing to form part of that State reserve specified in Statutory Rules 1995, No. 184, ceases to be reserved land; and (b) this proclamation takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
