Proclamation under the National Energy Retail Law (Tasmania) (Consequential Amendments) Act 2012

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the National Energy Retail Law (Tasmania) (Consequential Amendments) Act 2012 fix 28 August 2013 as the day on which section 14 of that Act commences. 19 August 2013
