I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011 fix 31 December 2011 as the day on which section 64(1) of, and Schedule 1 to, that Act commence.19 December 2011
