Proclamation under the Mental Health Amendment Act 2023

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Mental Health Amendment Act 2023 fix 25 September 2023 as the day on which that Act, other than the following provision, commence:

(a) section 57(a), (b) and (d); (b) section 58(b).
