Proclamation under the Mental Health Amendment Act 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Mental Health Amendment Act 2016 fix 1 July 2017 as the day on which that Act commences.12 June 2017
