I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Medical Practitioners Registration Amendment Act 2004 fix 1 September 2004 as the day on which that Act commences.23 August 2004
