Proclamation under the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 22 of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 declare that –

(a) the proclamation made under the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 (SR 1996, No. 191) is revoked; and (b) the proclamation made under the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982 (SR 1999, No. 162) is revoked.
