Proclamation under the Local Government Amendment (Targeted Review) Act 2017

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Local Government Amendment (Targeted Review) Act 2017 fix 1 August 2018 as the day on which Part 3 of that Act, other than sections 44(b) , 46 and 47 , commences.18 June 2018
