Proclamation under the Local Government Amendment (Local Government Board) Act 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Local Government Amendment (Local Government Board) Act 2009 fix 1 January 2011 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 22 November 2010
